This page explains the terms, process and pricing for production requests.

We can accommodate requests flexibly depending on their scope.
Pricing structure
Minimum booking: 3 hours / full payment in advance
Estimated work times
3–5 hours
10–20 hours
10–15 hours
Times vary with the number of tracks, scope and quality requirements.
Quotes
We provide an estimated range of work hours in advance.
Base technical fee JPY 5,000 / hour
Full cover-song production From JPY 60,000
Estimated work: approximately 12 hours
Mixing only From JPY 40,000
Estimated work: approximately 8 hours
Recording only From JPY 5,000 / hour
The final amount is determined by the actual hours worked.
Work process
- We report progress at regular intervals.
- If work will exceed the estimated time, we confirm with you before continuing.
Cancellation policy
- As a general rule, cancellations after payment are non-refundable.
- Work already performed is not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations after the recording date is confirmed are also non-refundable.
Rules for confirming work
- A take is considered confirmed when you approve it during recording.
- All re-recording and changes after confirmation incur additional charges.
- No refund is available if the client chooses not to use the work for their own reasons.
Delivery and conditions of use
- We deliver the final work.
- Publication, distribution and commercial use are not permitted while any payment remains outstanding.
- If payment remains outstanding, we may ask you to stop using the work.
Payment and delays
- Payment is due in full in advance.
- Additional work is billed separately.
- For prolonged non-payment, we may take action, including legal measures.
Disclaimers
- If equipment problems, communication failures, force majeure or similar circumstances make work difficult, we respond by rescheduling or taking similar measures.
- We do not guarantee quality that depends on singing, instrumental performance or other performances.
- This service aims to complete the work and does not guarantee any particular reception or result.
Cooling-off rights
- This service may fall outside the scope of the cooling-off system.
- Where the system applies, we handle matters in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
