ShushuLab
SHUSHULAB / INDEPENDENT SALES PARTNER

Sales partners
do not need to become engineers.

We are looking for independent sales partners who connect us with people and businesses that need ShushuLab system development and autonomous development pipelines. Your role is to find prospects and establish the first contact, then hand over technical explanations, requirements, estimates, contracts and implementation to ShushuLab.

COMMERCIAL MODEL

Commission follows a contract and customer payment.

A referral alone does not establish a right to compensation. Under this model, the agreed commission arises after a contract is concluded with the referred customer and ShushuLab actually receives the eligible customer payment.

COMPENSATIONStandard guideline: 20%

This is the standard commission guideline for eligible initial projects or initial setup fees. The final percentage and eligible scope are agreed individually.

PAYMENT TRIGGERAfter customer payment

Commission arises after ShushuLab actually receives payment from the eligible customer.

RECURRING REVENUEMaintenance is not automatically included

Monthly autonomous development pipeline maintenance revenue does not automatically qualify for recurring commission under the standard model.

EXAMPLE
JPY 650,000 × 20% = JPY 130,000

For example, if an initial autonomous development pipeline setup is contracted at JPY 650,000 and a 20% commission rate has been agreed, the commission would be JPY 130,000 after customer payment is confirmed. The actual contract amount and commission terms are finalized for each project.

If the same partner later wins a new contract, an additional pipeline, or an expansion project with a clearly separate scope, a separate commission may be agreed for that new revenue.

ROLE SPLIT

Keep sales
and technical decisions separate.

Sales partners are not expected to finalize technical requirements or make estimation decisions. Responsibilities are clearly divided: establish the first contact and pass the necessary information to ShushuLab.

SALES GUARDRAILS

When something is unclear,
do not promise it on the spot.

Preventing misunderstandings before a contract takes priority over sales speed. Refer questions about technology, delivery dates, safety or contract terms back to ShushuLab.

Do not make unapproved technical promises

Do not assert unverified features, feasibility, security performance or operational capabilities.

Do not invent delivery dates or SLAs

Do not offer unapproved terms such as guaranteed delivery dates, guaranteed 24-hour operation, zero incidents or unlimited support.

Do not invent prices or discounts

Published prices are starting prices. ShushuLab makes project-specific estimate and discount decisions.

Do not invent contract terms

Sales partners must not add warranties, refunds, liability provisions or legal terms. ShushuLab approves the final contract.

CONTACT

More than sales experience,
respect the limits of what you can promise.

If you are interested, use the dedicated form to tell us what you can about the regions or industries you can work in, your sales experience and the types of customers you know best. ShushuLab will handle the technical explanations.

Only if the form is unavailable, contact [email protected] .
